Building Trial Skills: Rocky Mountain

Posted On By

Join NITA in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains for seven days of trial advocacy learning-by-doing. From April 14-21 you’ll get the chance to learn better strategies for witness control, direct and cross-examination, voir dire, and much more. Plus you’ll practice these skills before your peers and faculty, which will result in accelerated learning and skill development.

You do not want to miss this experience, which is a staple of NITA programming. Find out more about the program, including details of CLE credits, and a brief video by Program Director Mark Caldwell on the NITA website.

NITA’s team of practicing lawyers, professors and judges from around the nation dedicates its efforts to the training and development of skilled and ethical legal advocates to improve the adversarial justice system.

NITA’s Goals are to:

  • Promote justice through effective and ethical advocacy.
  • Train and mentor lawyers to be competent and ethical advocates in pursuit of justice.
  • Develop and teach trial advocacy skills to support and promote the effective and fair administration of justice.
