Commission on the American Jury Survey

The American Bar Association has recently released a press release in which the Commission on the American Jury has conducted a survey to examine reasons for the decline of jury trials. The survey’s results will be published in late 2018 and is open to judges, lawyers, court staff, and other legal system participants.
